This experiential 6 week virtual workshop blends yoga practices with mental health education to help you befriend your anxious mind. Through gentle movement, breath-work, and research-based therapeutic strategies, you’ll learn how to more readily access your inner resilience in the face of discomfort and uncertainty.
Yoga add-on to Therapy
Trauma-Informed private individual yoga catered specifically to your goals and needs. Whether you enjoy slow and calming practices like restorative, or fast strength-based power flows, each class is designed with you in mind. Private sessions can include asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work), yoga philosophy, and meditation.
20 minutes - Added onto your talk therapy session

Flow seamlessly through a series of poses threaded together to create fluid transitions and a flow like feel. In vinyasa, poses are held for shorter durations and there is a strong emphasis on breath to movement.
Experience deep supportive stretches designed for ultimate relaxation, flexibility, and release. Poses are held for longer durations approximately 5-20 mins per pose. Restorative classes are known for activating the parasympathetic nervous system which creates a calm mind and body from the inside out.
Based on Chinese medicine, Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on the meridian lines of the body and connective tissue. Yin can be both relaxing and challenging as poses are held for longer durations.
Just breathe...begin to shift your awareness inwards. Meditation helps you escape your busy day and reduces stress. It is helpful for both the mind and the body and facilitates a calm state of mind through deep relaxation.
