When struggling emotionally, you may notice that you go into autopilot. You might feel disconnected from the people you love or even scarier with how you respond to the world around you. These circling thoughts become increasingly more difficult to overtake and in the moment, feel impossible to stop. This leads to a lack of purpose and zest for life. You end up living inauthentically to who you are and who you want to be. You may not even recognize yourself. You might feel disconnected from your body or begin to notice stress-related muscle tension, flare-ups, or headaches. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck and begin to lose hope. I’m here to tell you that you CAN find freedom in your deepest struggles.

What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy aka talk-therapy, is a collaborative process that helps you find the best version of yourself through processing difficult emotions, thoughts, and experiences. In psychotherapy, you will learn how to confront, understand, and cope with difficult emotions while strengthening the mind-body connection. The goal is to help you find the behaviours, choices, actions, and reactions that YOU want to exude and increase your quality of life. This may include enhancing the relationships you have with others and most importantly your relationship with yourself.

What to expect?

Psychotherapy looks a little different for everyone. There is no one size fits all. Through the therapeutic relationship, you and I will work together towards your desired goals. You can expect to explore, discover, uncover, process, learn, and apply to your life what you learn from our work together. Whether you are looking for a non-judgemental and safe space to let it all out, or you are looking for someone to challenge you and provide you with the education and skills... I cater my approach to each individual that I work with.


I understand that taking this step can be overwhelming. I want to remind you that there's always hope! Similar to waves in the ocean, we can't choose the frequency or depth of what comes our way but CAN choose how we steer our ship. My Approach

I take an integrative, somatic, and holistic approach to therapy. By looking through the lens of both the mind AND body, I seek out creative ways to help you get unstuck. Pulling from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Yoga all sessions are client-centered.
