All sessions are catered to your individual needs and preferences. 

Typical Session Format:

  • Grounding or Meditation

  • Psychotherapy (talk-based portion) - 40 mins

  • Yoga practice influenced by the psychotherapy portion - 20 mins

Styles of yoga that can be incorporated:

  • Meditation

  • Breathing exercises

  • Vinyasa

  • Yin

  • Restorative

  • Gentle Hatha

  • Yogic philosophy

  • Mindful movement/flow (non-yoga based)
